Shipping and Return Policy

At AllYear Aura, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our shipping, returns, and refund policies below. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1) Shipping Policy

Domestic – Australia

  • 🚚 Express: 1–4 business days • $15.00
  • 🚚 Standard: 2–8 business days • $10.00
  • 🚚 Free Standard: 2–8 business days • Orders over $50.00

Asia – India

  • 🌏 Standard International: 6–27 business days • $40.00

International – Selected Countries

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, and over 20 other international destinations.

Processing & Handling

  • 📦 Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • 📦 Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • 📦 Customs, duties, or local taxes (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility.

2) Returns & Refunds Policy

Change-of-Mind Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unopened items if you change your mind. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is at the customer’s expense (unless otherwise stated).

  • ✅ Item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • ✅ All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • ✅ Health, beauty, personalised, perishable, and intimate items (with hygiene seals removed) are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the ACL, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos where applicable. We will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return postage costs for approved cases.

Refunds

  • 💳 Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
  • ⏱ Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank/payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days.
  • 🔁 Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons: personalised/custom items, opened health/beauty products, intimate apparel with hygiene seals removed, perishable goods, hazardous materials, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. 📩 Email us at allyearaura@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. 📦 We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. 🚚 Send the item back within 14 days of approval and keep proof of postage.
  4. 💳 Refund or replacement will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
