✅ Stock, styles and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel orders (with a full refund).

4) Pricing, Currency & Payment

✅ Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
✅ We accept secure payment methods (major cards and PayPal).
✅ Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.

5) Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

✅ Processing time: typically 1–3 business days.
✅ Estimated delivery: usually 7–21 business days (destination-dependent). Tracking provided where available.
✅ Delays due to carriers, customs or unforeseen events are outside our control, but we’ll assist where possible.
✅ Ensure your address is correct at checkout; mis-addressed parcels may incur re-shipping fees.

6) Returns, Refunds & Your ACL Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement for products that are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from their description.

✅ Contact us within 14 days of delivery at allyearaura@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
✅ Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, unless the issue is a fault under ACL.
✅ Change-of-mind returns are not generally offered unless stated otherwise in a product or promo page.
✅ For approved returns, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping is customer-paid unless the product is faulty under ACL.

7) Warranties

✅ Consumer guarantees under the ACL apply to all products we sell.
✅ Some items may include additional manufacturer warranties; details will be provided where applicable.

8) Limitation of Liability

✅ To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllYear Aura is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
✅ Once orders are handed to the carrier, risk passes to you; we’ll assist with carrier investigations where we can.

✅ By ordering, you consent to secure processing of your details for these purposes.

10) Intellectual Property

11) Promotions, Gift Cards & Discount Codes

✅ Promotions and codes are time-limited, single-use unless stated, and non-transferable.
✅ They cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly allowed.

12) Errors & Cancellations

✅ If a pricing/stock error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
✅ If you need to cancel or amend your order, contact us promptly; changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
